Executive proposition
Whisp proposes a transport pathway in which a traveler remains locally governed by ordinary physics but changes access from an ordinary physical relation (A) to a deeper relational access class (B), follows a globally shorter viable path, and returns to A without duplication or destroy/reconstruct teleportation. The proposal is not presented as established physics. The current claim is narrower: a mathematically explicit pathway has been formalized far enough to expose concrete obstructions, surviving toy structures, and a finite set of questions suitable for expert attack.

What has actually survived
The travel advantage should come from a shorter available deep relation, not from locally forcing the traveler through its own light-speed limit.
The destination must be encoded by the geometry or path relation, not inserted by an arbitrary destination function.
The traveler must remain one conserved physical state and the complete local effective field theory must remain compatible across access states.
The A/B interface must be normally isolated yet controllably connectable; the current formalism models this as a gated two-state handoff rather than a specified device.
A containing temporal order must remain forward through entry, deep transit and return if the proposed chronology protection is to work.
Failed realizations are retained as constraints rather than hidden or patched with unconstrained new physics.
Verified mathematical results
1. Restricted 5D obstruction
For the static smooth five-dimensional ansatz

define C = B - A and q = exp(C). The independently re-derived null contraction is

Under the stated periodic or equal-flux settled boundary conditions, NEC >= 0 forces C to be constant. This blocks that particular static 5D asymmetric-warp implementation. It is retained as a restricted obstruction, not promoted to a universal no-go theorem.
2. Shortcut geometry toy
A separate connection metric was used as an existence-and-failure toy:

The one-winding geodesic connecting (0,0,0) to (D,0,0) has

Direct numerical integration reproduces the analytical endpoint and length behavior. The geometry therefore demonstrates the mathematical shortcut mechanism. However, its simplest static Einstein-gravity embedding carries a negative-energy/NEC obstruction. It is not a physical drive solution.
3. Continuous addressing toy

This is retained only as a geometric demonstration that a destination can be accumulated by a relational path rather than hidden in a lookup map. Ordinary mathematical holonomy is established; macroscopic translational Whisp holonomy is not.
The Whisp Five - the work now handed outward
Geometry: Can any physically admissible deeper geometry realize a continuously addressable relational shortcut without unacceptable energy-condition, stability or consistency costs?
Access: Can ordinary matter possess two effectively isolated support/access sectors with controlled A -> (A,B) -> B transfer and negligible ordinary leakage?
Universality: Can the whole local effective field theory change support while preserving gauge charges, dimensionless couplings, bound-state spectra and composite continuity?
Causality: Can every allowed A/B path remain ordered by a common containing time function while the full route beats the ordinary A-sector travel time?
Physical source: What field, topology, boundary condition, deeper structure - or no-go theorem - determines whether the required relational connection can exist physically?
Fastest ways to kill the pathway
Prove that every geometry capable of the required global shortcut necessarily violates unacceptable energy, stability or causality conditions.
Show that the translational-holonomy interpretation is only a coordinate/internal-state effect and cannot represent genuine physical displacement.
Show that no universal A/B access map can preserve the complete interacting local EFT for composite matter.
Show that any controllable interface necessarily produces already-excluded leakage, preferred-frame effects or equivalence-principle violations.
Show that the containing-time condition cannot coexist globally with the required shortcut class without chronology failure.
Replace the proposed effects with a simpler conventional explanation wherever an empirical observable is eventually derived.
Why this package is finite
The project has an explicit stopping rule. It is not attempting to complete a final theory of the universe. The present package develops the pathway only far enough to make the surviving assumptions explicit, verify key mathematics, preserve failed versions, reproduce one numerical toy, and state falsifiable research questions. The next meaningful step is specialist assault, not another unconstrained layer of speculation.

If the pathway is technically uninteresting or impossible, the most useful response is the shortest rigorous reason that kills the class rather than one discarded toy. If it remains nontrivial, the next useful contribution is identification of the highest-value field-equation, geometry, EFT or numerical calculation to perform with specialist resources.
The goal is not confirmation. The goal is a decisive determination of what survives.
